How to complete a WeChalet booking?

To complete a pre-approved WeChalet booking, log into your profile and follow the steps to complete the reservation from the Inbox

You need to enter your exact dates and number of guests to get an accurate price for your stay.

Generally, hosts cannot charge fees outside of our platform without explicit permission from WeChalet.

You can still book a property even if the host has not responded to you.

It is not possible to visit a property through WeChalet before booking it.

Here's how to know if a property is available on WeChalet

Simply consult the "Upcoming" section of the "Trips" menu to check the status of your pending reservation.

Multiple reasons can explain why your booking was refused by host.

If your WeChalet reservation request is declined or expires after 24 hours, you will be fully refunded.

If your bank refuses, try changing your currency, card or payment method, and contact your bank if necessary.
