When your reservation request is pending, you can check its status under the Upcoming section of the Trips menu.

Feel free to communicate with your host through WeChalet anytime if you have any questions regarding your trip.

Please note that as soon as the reservation is accepted or declined, you will receive an email and SMS message to notify you of the status of the reservation.

When the reservation is accepted, the host's phone number and property address will also be emailed to you and will appear in the Messages inbox and in the Upcoming section of the Trips menu.
