When a host declines your reservation request or when it expires after 24 hours pending with no response from the host, your payment is instantly refunded.

Please note that if you paid for the reservation by Paypal, the refund will instantly appear in your Paypal account. But if you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will appear on your statement within a maximum of 5 working days.
