Your booking request may be refused for different reasons.
For example, if your host has not updated or synchronized his calendars. Many hosts list their properties on multiple platforms so there is a possibility that your requested dates will be the same as the dates requested by other travellers on a different platform. In this case, the host will be obliged to refuse your booking request.
Please note that although a property is currently available, other reasons may also explain the refusal of your booking request, such as an incomplete profile or the lack of a profile picture.
To avoid such situations, we recommend that you have your profile and picture always up to date. This allows you to be more credible with other users of our platform and will facilitate your exchanges with them.
