How to complete a WeChalet booking?

You must follow 3 steps to complete a WeChalet reservation.

To have an accurate price on WeChalet, you must first go to the listing that interests you, and add your exact travel dates as well as the exact number of guests you are traveling with (adults, children, infants), and indicate whether or not you are traveling with a pet.

To book, you must click on the orange Book or Reservation Request button, which will take you through 3 steps to complete the payment.

Step 1: Verification

WeChalet being a secure platform, you must validate your email, your mobile phone number via SMS and add a photo to your profile. If this information is already up to date in your account, you will be taken directly to step 2.

Step 2: Booking Review

This step will present you with a summary of your reservation information. Please verify in the price box to the right that the information is correct. Otherwise, modify them as needed. In the message box, leave a short message for the host to briefly introduce yourself and explain why you want to rent their property. Then click on Continue.

Step 3: Confirm and Pay

The final step is the payment. Select your payment method either by PayPal, credit card or debit card. Follow the instructions and click on Pay Now. You will be redirected to the booking confirmation page when the payment has been processed.

Please note that if the property is in Instant Book mode, the reservation will be confirmed instantly.

If the property is in Reservation Request mode, the host will have 24 hours to confirm your reservation. Once confirmed or declined, you will be notified, by email and SMS, with a message indicating the status of your reservation.
