WeChalet hosts should always keep their calendars synchronized with availability and pricing up-to-date.
When making a Reservation Request, the traveler must pay right away to reserve the dates of your property which means that all travelers who contact you expect a prompt response from you in return.
Once the reservation request is paid, you will then have 24 hours to respond to the guest before it expires.
If you let a booking request expire after 24 hours, the guest will be automatically reimbursed.
Please note that if you decline or let booking requests expire for too many reservations, this could ultimately lead to your WeChalet listing and account being deactivated.
