When you cancel your booking, your reimbursement will be made based on the host cancellation policy and processed instantly by WeChalet. The refund period may vary according to the payment method you used to pay for your booking.

Currently, the payment methods available are PayPal, debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).

If your payment was made via Paypal, the refund will be processed instantly. By debit or credit card, the refund can take up to 5 business days, depending on your financial institution.
