When a host has refused your booking request or when it has expired after 24 Hours without a response from the host, you will receive a full refund instantly.
If you have paid for the booking by Paypal, the refund will appear instantly in your Paypal account. But if you have paid by credit card, the refund will appear within a maximum of 5 business days.
Contact at least two guests before sending a booking request.
Since it happens that the host of a chosen property can refuse your booking request, it is preferable before booking that you contact at least two hosts to inquire about availability and specific restrictions related to their properties.
After their answers, when the information is convenient for you, you can then send a booking request.
This will prevent your booking requests from being refused or expiring.
