If you would like more details about a host's listing, you can send them a message before making a reservation.
To message the host before booking, please follow the steps below:
Log into your account on wechalet.com
Go to the listing or host profile you want to contact.
At the bottom right of the screen, click on the host's photo or click the Contact Host button to ask them your question directly.
Choose the property and enter your travel dates and number of guests.
Write your message and click Send.
We recommend that all our hosts respond to their messages within 24 hours.
