What are the cancellation policies on WeChalet?

There are three cancellation policies on WeChalet, either flexible, moderate or strict.

WeChalet allows Hosts to choose from three cancellation policies that we enforce to protect both Guests and Hosts.

Every listing and reservation on our site clearly indicates the cancellation policy chosen by the host to travelers.

The applicable cancellation policies are:

  • Flexible: Full refund within 1 day prior to the check-in

  • Moderate: Full refund within 5 days prior to check-in

  • Strict: Full refund up until 31 days prior to check-in

Travelers are required to have read and understood the cancellation conditions chosen by the host before submitting a reservation request and by clicking on Reservation request, customers accept these cancellation conditions.

WeChalet reserves the right to modify these cancellation policies as needed.
