What happens if my WeChalet traveler cancels their reservation?

You will receive a message, your calendar will be updated, and the refund will be made based on your cancellation policy.

For various reasons, a traveler may have to cancel a reservation that you have already confirmed.

When this is the case, you will automatically receive a message in your WeChalet message box as well as in your emails and via SMS.

When the cancellation is triggered, your calendar's availability will be updated the dates previously booked will become available for booking.

Please note that the traveler will also be refunded according to your cancellation policy.
