To cancel a WeChalet reservation as a Guest, you need to:
Log in to your WeChalet account.
You can go to either the Messages or the Trip menu (in the top bar).
Find the reservation you want to cancel.
Click on the Cancel button and follow the instructions following this step.
Please note that based on the cancellation policy in place at the time of booking, if you are in the period allowing a full refund, you will be able to cancel yourself. If not, we will invite you to contact our customer service to assist you with the cancellation.
