To cancel a WeChalet reservation as a host, you need to:
Log in to your WeChalet account.
Go on Host Mode then under then go to the Messages menu (in the top bar).
Find the reservation you want to cancel.
Click on the Cancel button and follow the instructions after this step.
Please note that based on the cancellation policy in place at the time of booking, we might invite you to contact our customer service to assist you with the cancellation.
