When you end up on the listing page of the property you want to book, here are the 3 steps to follow to make a booking.
First, on the property's listing page, add your booking options (dates, number of guests, animals), then click "Book Now.”
- You will then be redirected to step 1 to check your mobile phone number via SMS. Follow the instructions to complete this step.
- The second step will present you a summary of the information of your booking. Please check in the right column to make sure that all reservation information is correct. Otherwise, change it as needed. In the message box, leave a short message for the host to say hi and briefly explain why you want to rent his property. Then click on "Continue".
- The third and final step is the payment. Click on "Reservation and Payment Request.” A small window will appear. At this level you can choose to pay your reservation by PayPal or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, etc.). Choose your payment method and confirm the payment. If the property is on the "Instant Book" mode, the reservation will be instantly completed.
If the property is on "Booking Request" mode, when your reservation request is sent, the host has 24 hours to respond favourably or not to your request. You will be notified, by email and text, with a message indicating the status of your booking.
When the booking is confirmed, we will send your payment to the host 24 hours after your arrival date. Otherwise, when the host refuses your request or when your request expires after 24 hours without a response from the host, you will be refunded in full, instantly.
