After making a first contact with a WeChalet host, follow these steps to send or read their next messages:
Login to your account on wechalet.com
On the top menu, click the Messages button. (On mobile, this button is available under the top left WeChalet logo).
Click on the Travelling menu of the inbox.
Click on the message thread you want to open.
In the light grey chat box, type your message.
Click Send.
The host will receive an alert about your communication.
Please note that you can also reply directly from a WeChalet email containing a host message.
