Accidental damage can happen during your stay at a property, which is why we offer you a Damage Protection option when you book with WeChalet.

This protection covers the cost of repairing any loss or damage to the property and/or its contents caused by an act or omission on your part as a guest (or one of your accompanying guests) up to the limit of the security deposit requested by the host in the event of damage, specified when purchasing the Damage Protection option.

When such damage is so caused, WeChalet will cover all reasonable costs incurred to repair such loss or damage above up to the limit of the original security deposit requested by the Host.

1. The Property Damage Protection option is an optional add-on for you and you are under no obligation to purchase it.

2. The Damage Protection amount is taxable.

3. Payment for Damage Protection with Taxes will be taken at the same time as payment for the reservation.

4. This is not an insurance policy and criminal, malicious or intentional damage will not be covered by this protection.
