To create a WeChalet listing, you first need to implement your pricing strategy in the Pricing menu of your property. Once in place, you can manually set prices for specific dates or block and unblock dates in your calendar. To do so, follow these steps:
How do I manually set prices in my calendar?
Log in to your WeChalet account.
Go on Host Mode then under the Management - Listing menu, click on Edit at the bottom of the photo of your listing.
Click on Calendar under the photo of your listing.
In the calendar, double-click on a date to set a manual price for only one night. If there are several successive dates you wish to modify, click on the start date, and then click on the end date.
In the window that appears, you will see two pricing sections: Weekly price (Sunday to Thursday) and Weekend prices (Friday and Saturday). Set your pricing for each section.
If you need to add a private note for yourself or your team, do so in the Private Notes section of this window.
Click Save.
How do I manually block or unblock dates in my calendar?
Log in to your WeChalet account.
Go to the Hosting menu.
Click on Calendar under the photo of your listing.
In the calendar, double-click on the one date you wish to block on unblock. If there are several successive dates you wish to block or unblock, click on the start date, and then click on the end date.
In the window that appears, you will see an Availability section with a switch button. Click on Available to open the dates and click on Blocked to block them.
If you need to add a private note for yourself or your team, do so in the Private Notes section of this window.
Click Save.
Please note that travelers will no longer be able to make bookings for the timeframe that you have manually blocked and your listing won't appear in searches for your blocked dates.
