Voici toutes les étapes pour intégrer vos annonces WeChalet avec Lodgify.

  • To begin, you need to create a WeChalet account.

Follow this link for step-by-step instructions on how to create your account.

  • Create or Import Your Properties on WeChalet

The easiest way to integrate via API is to have your listings already created on WeChalet because importing via Lodgify is very basic (only one photo and lots of missing information). It is also possible to import your Airbnb listings. To do this, please complete the Airbnb import form or schedule a meeting with the Host Integration team.

  • Generate Your Lodgify API Key

    Go to the Settings section:

    1. Then click on Public API.

    2. Copy the API key to your clipboard using the copy icon.

In your WeChalet profile, click on Management, Integration, and View Lodgify Integration.

5. Copy your API key and click on "Link the Account."

6. Match your WeChalet listings with your Lodgify listings and click "Sync with Lodgify."

IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING INTEGRATION OPTIONS

  • Note that this will synchronize your base pricing and seasonal rates in your WeChalet calendar, as well as availability.

    • Your listing will automatically be set to instant booking, but you will still be able to receive information requests.

    • Vous devez vous assurer que l'ouverture de votre calendrier sur WeChalet soit entièrement activée dans la section "Réservation" Fenêtre de réservation.

  • Regarding minimum stay requirements, we recommend verifying that your rules are properly configured in your WeChalet calendar. Some rules are not yet synchronized the same way, so it's important to review your rules and ensure they are correct in the "Calendar" tab under "Custom Rules" for specific dates and seasons.

  • Note that check-in and check-out restrictions are not currently compatible with WeChalet. The only option is to check "Minimum Stay Duration" under the "Reservation" tab: Enforce a minimum stay of Friday and Saturday, which prevents check-ins and check-outs on Saturday. Restriction options will be available soon on WeChalet.

Communication and Reservation Status

  • Communications are synchronized via API, so you can now respond directly from your Lodgify. When you receive a booking, you will see that it comes from the public API, and a note will indicate that it originates from WeChalet. You will still receive a notification from WeChalet via SMS and email as before.

  • You should never change the status of the reservation (unless you need to cancel it*). Everything is done automatically.

*Remember that it's always best to communicate your intention to cancel with the traveler. If you need to cancel a booking, it's better to inform us via chat or at support@wechalet.com. This will prevent a pause and block on your listing.

  • If you receive an inquiry and the reservation settings are correct, you just need to inform the traveler to proceed with finalizing their reservation. They will be able to access the reservation finalization in their message portal. Otherwise, you can simply ask them to rebook.

  • Never change the status from "Open" to "Set as Tentative" or "Book," as this will block those dates and prevent the traveler from finalizing their reservation.
