For safety reasons, we recommend that hosts first contact the WeChalet customer service before canceling or change any reservation during their stay.
Hosts should also contact the traveler affected by this change in order to keep them informed as soon as possible, even if the cancellation is due to an unforeseen situation.
Following the analysis of the situation, we may proceed with the cancellation or modification of the reservation concerned with the agreement of both parties in relation to the host's request for cancellation.
Please note that a refund from the host may apply in the event that the traveler accepts the modification or cancellation of the reservation.
