Paying or communicating outside of WeChalet makes it impossible for us to protect your payments & transactions and puts you at greater risk of fraud and other security issues, such as phishing

For your personal security, we recommend that you always contact the hosts on our platform and do not provide them with sensitive information that could allow you to communicate outside WeChalet. Never give your email address, phone number or financial details before accepting a booking and do not accept transfers of funds outside the WeChalet system.

As mentioned in our Terms of Use, if we identify that a payment has been made via a third party service, we may cancel the booking and deactivate your account.
