Paying or communicating outside of WeChalet makes it harder for us to protect your information and puts you at greater risk of fraud and other security issues, such as phishing

For the security of your personal data, we suggest that you always contact the hosts on our platform and do not provide them with sensitive information that could allow you to communicate outside WeChalet. Never give your email address before accepting a booking and do not accept transfers of funds outside the WeChalet system.

As mentioned in our Terms of Use, if we identify that a payment has been made via a third party service, we may cancel the booking and deactivate the account of the person who made the booking and that of the guest.
