WeChalet is committed to providing a secure and transparent environment for all transactions and communications between hosts and guests, eliminating any type of potential fraud on our platform. As the security of your payments and interactions is our priority, we block sensitive information and insist that all interactions remain on the platform until payment for the reservation is accepted by the host.

1. It is prohibited to share your personal details until the reservation is paid and accepted by the host.

It is strictly prohibited to share your personal details such as telephone number, email, links to social networks, links to external websites, your physical address or your bank details before the reservation is paid and accepted by the host via WeChalet. These measures are essential to guarantee the security of your payments and the confidentiality of all our users.

2. Sharing your personal contact information is permitted after your reservation is paid for and accepted by the host.

Once payment for the reservation has been made and it is accepted by the host, you are free to share all necessary information with your host as needed. However, we always recommend continuing your communications through WeChalet's internal messaging throughout your stay in order to guarantee the traceability and security of exchanges in the event of a dispute or need for clarification.

3. Account suspension is possible in the event of non-compliance with security rules.

Following numerous attempts to circumvent these rules, we would like to remind you that any user violating these guidelines will be subject to suspension of their account on WeChalet. In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, it is crucial to note that any booking concluded outside of our platform without our permission may result in the permanent deactivation of your account.
