When you have more than one account on WeChalet, it is not possible to merge them, nor is it possible to remove information from one account and transfer it to another.

For this reason, you will need to delete one of the two accounts. When you are ready to do so, please contact WeChalet and we will assist you in removing one of the accounts.

If you have reservations in progress or future bookings, you will have to wait until they are completed before deleting the account in question.
