To make sure guest payments are protected and to ensure that hosts are properly compensated for reservation damages, we ask that all security deposits be handled through the WeChalet website.
We will never ask you to pay anything outside our site, by email or through a third party booker.
If a WeChalet host asks you for any sort of payment off-site or through another company, let us know.
Any payment made outside WeChalet is contrary to our Terms and Conditions.
WeChalet is a secure platform and if we identify that any payment has been made via a third party service, we may cancel the booking and deactivate the account of any user who made a payment off-site.
