For reasons of passenger safety, we recommend that guests first contact the WeChalet Customer Service before cancelling any reservations during their stay. They should also contact the travellers concerned by this situation in order to keep them informed as soon as possible even if the cancellation is due to an unforeseen situation. We will then proceed to cancel the reservation concerned with the traveller's agreement with respect to the host's request for cancellation. Cost differences will apply in the event that the traveller accepts the refund.
