✅ STEP 1: Import your Hostex calendar into WeChalet
Log in to your Hostex account.
Go to the Properties section.
Select the property you want to sync with WeChalet.
Navigate to the Linked Listings section, then click on Linked iCal.
Click the Copy button to retrieve the iCal link for that property.
Log in to your WeChalet account.
Switch to Host Mode, then click on Listings.
Click Edit at the bottom of your property's photo.
Go to the Calendar tab.
Click Import a calendar.
Paste the Hostex iCal link and give the calendar a name (e.g., Hostex).
Click Import.
🔁 STEP 2: Export your WeChalet calendar into Hostex
In WeChalet, go to your listing.
Open the Calendar tab.
Click the Export button (below the calendar).
Click Copy to save the iCal link to your clipboard.
Log in to your Hostex profile.
In the External iCal section (at the bottom of the property page), click + iCal.
Paste the WeChalet iCal link.
Click Save, then click Close.
Repeat this step for each property you wish to sync.
💡 Tip: It may take a few minutes for calendar updates to appear on both platforms. To ensure a smooth sync, always verify that both iCal links have been added in each direction.
