When this is the case, you will automatically receive a message in your WeChalet message box as well as in your emails and via SMS. 

You will also be refunded according to the host's cancellation policy, regardless of when you cancelled the reservation, either before or during your stay on the property.

In the case that you cancel your reservation after having started your stay, you are required to leave the property when the cancellation is confirmed.

The host could also request, if necessary, a deduction from your deposit within 48 hours of your initial scheduled departure date. And in the case of any damage to the property by you, he will be compensated. Otherwise, your deposit will be returned in full.
