As a host, you must treat all travellers in the WeChalet community equally and without distinction, in accordance with the platform's Non-Discrimination Policy.

This does not, of course, prevent you from taking your security measures with regard to travellers. You therefore have the option of refusing or cancelling the reservation request of travellers who may have failed to comply with your internal regulations one or more times. However, you must also ensure that you maintain a good level of responsiveness by avoiding refusing or cancelling bookings over a long period of time.

In addition, you can contact Wechalet Support to report cases of travellers with whom you do not feel comfortable.
