Generally, we notify you when your account is connected from a foreign device. Despite this, if you think someone is connected to your account without your permission, you can do one of the following actions:
- Contact Wechalet Support to let them know it's not you: We'll check for you if any changes have been made to your account and cancel them.
- Change your password: We suggest that you change your account password in the next few moments by making it still reliable. To do this, you can dial it with at least 8 characters and a combination of letters, numbers and symbols. Your WeChalet account password must be different from any passwords you use for other accounts on other sites.
