It also allows you to increase the security level of your account. 

We ask you for this information depending on whether the account in question is a personal or a business account. 

As additional information, we may ask you for your legal name, date of birth, home address or sometimes an identity document when it is a personal account. 

In addition, for a business account, we may ask you to confirm your company's name, address and telephone number.

However, we necessarily require that this information comes from official documents.
