After confirming a reservation request, it is mandatory that the traveller be accommodated in the property he has booked.

For this reason, the host is required to maintain the property available to the traveller until he arrives. Indeed, the host must avoid using this property for other purposes on the same dates as those reserved by the traveller.

To accommodate a traveller in a property other than what he or she had booked, the traveller's notice is mandatory. You must first contact the traveller before the day of his trip from your WeChalet messages box. Price changes will apply if the traveller accepts your proposal. In case the traveller refuses the new property you are offering, he has the possibility to cancel his reservation without any penalty.
