It can take from 1 to 5 business days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your region and how you paid.
When you cancel your booking for various reasons, the refund will be based on the payment method you used to pay for your booking.
Currently, the payment methods we use are PayPal, debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, etc.). But, as WeChalet evolves, other payment options will become available.
Therefore, the refund is made instantly when the payment of your booking has been made by PayPal. But it will take a maximum of 5 working days for the refund to appear, if you have paid your booking by credit card.
