When you make a request to book a property, the host has 24 hours to respond positively or negatively to your request. You will receive by email & SMS, a message indicating the status of your booking.
In case the host's response is favourable, we will process your payment to the host 24 hours after your check in date. Otherwise, when the host refuses your request or when your request expires without a response from the host within 24 hours, you will be refunded in full instantly.
It should be remembered that the majority of our guests respond within a reasonable time to requests sent to them. More than half of the requests for bookings are accepted within one hour of being sent. The vast majority of guests respond within 12 hours.
